With over 30 years of experience in technology, marketing and design, Cathy understands the challenges of building brand awareness and developing innovative websites that scale with her clients needs.
She began her career selling personal computers, before moving into marketing in the digital imaging industry. She held a variety of leadership positions at Agfa and GretagMacbeth. Later, as Vice President of Marketing at Geomagic, Cathy focused on getting maximum exposure for the company’s 3D software products.
Cathy started Neu Concepts in 2010, focusing on website design and development with the goal of delivering solutions to her clients that could grow and evolve with their businesses.

With over 25 years of experience in exhibit industry, Rudy has been involved in all aspects of the business, including account and project management, booth design, site supervision, I&D, shop management, booth fabrication and cabinet making.
Throughout his career, Rudy has worked with numerous accounts, both large and small including Panasonic, Sirius Satellite Radio, Fujinon and Konica. He’s traveled around the country and across the globe to ensure his client’s events come together seamlessly. Rudy takes great pride in his attention to detail, his responsiveness and anticipating the needs of his clients.

Ryan Mitcheltreedirector of business development
Ryan has more than 15 years of leadership, design and production experience gained through studies at Oregon State University, the Los Angeles Film Program, his service with the United States Marines and his time at Neu Concepts.
Ryan is actively involved with helping local start-ups to Fortune 500 companies continue to increase their brand presence in the market place through innovative design and marketing solutions.
Brittany Pelegrinolead designer
Brittany is an alumnus of the University of Mount Olive where she graduated at the top of her class with a Bachelor of the Arts degree in English communications. At Mount Olive, Brittany was a member of the women’s basketball team, co-founder and co-editor of the school’s e-publication, The Trojan Times, a member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee and active participant in the honors program.
Brittany loves all things design, photography and social media. She is passionate about finding creative solutions that will help clients connect with their audience.

Kregg Stephensondirector of operations
With nearly 10 years of experience in the exhibit industry, Kregg excels in engineering finished products from conceptual designs. Striving for perfection and paying close attention to detail are some of the trademarks of his work.
An alumnus of Appalachian State University, Kregg studied industrial drafting and design. He is highly skilled in creating 3D CAD drawings and easy-to-follow setup instructions for his clients. Whether translating a conceptual design for a simple kiosk or a large scale custom exhibit, Kregg is an innovative problem solver, designing solutions that are both functional and aesthetically engaging.
Chris Stretchproject manager
Chris joined the Neu Concepts team as one of Neu Concepts’ first account managers. With more than 10 years of retail and event management experience, he brings an extensive history of quality customer service and attention to detail that is reflected in the way he manages clients projects from initial production through execution on the show floor.
Chris is an alumnus of Appalachian State University with a B.S. in Recreation Management with a focus in Commercial Recreation and Tourism. Away from the office, he can usually be found working on a project of his own ranging from preparing his dirtbike for the next race or fabricating and fixing something on his rockcrawler.
Vince Djaniantsweb developer
As an alumnus of UNC-Charlotte, Vince graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Vince joined Neu Concepts as a web developer who is adept at HTML5, jQuery, PHP and WordPress.
With several years of industry experience, Vince understands the process of molding client vision into a final product. Outside of NeuConcepts, Vince enjoys many of life’s simple pleasures; but none more so than playing guitar and spending time with his family.
Gracen Pittardaccount manager
Gracen is a North Carolina native and an alumna of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Society. Her previous experience in property management helped her to develop strong customer service and problem solving skills. She loves new challenges and strives to ensure her client’s brand is presented in a way that best reflects their product both on the show floor and on the web. In her free time, Gracen enjoys sailing, travelling, and volunteering in the community.
Jake Knottaccount manager
Jake is a graduate of NC State University with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies, concentrating in International Relations. Previously, he worked in restaurant supply with customers to ensure quality product and ease of business.
He identifies with his clients and strives to provide them with transparency and the intestinal fortitude to succeed at every show. In his spare time, Jake enjoys the fine art of tailgating, patronizing local restaurants in the triangle, and reading about great American heroes.
Jenell is a native of Brooklyn, New York and a Peace College Alum. She is a passionate designer and typography snob, who has over 8 years of experience designing for print and web. Jenell is a lover of sewing, Pinterest DIY projects and a proud member of the House of Hufflepuff.
Heather KaufmanAccounting Assistant
Heather has more than 26 years of experience in a variety of roles, including office administration, meetings management, support, finance and legal.
She began her career at a nonprofit organization where she ran the day-to-day operations and later moved on to managing the office of a healthcare, government consulting firm. More recently, Heather worked as a paralegal for an immigration law firm preparing nonimmigrant visas and tracking expiration dates for the firm’s clients visa holders.
In the past several years and as a true demonstration of her diversity, Heather shifted focus toward bookkeeping and finance, ultimately leading to her role at Neu Concepts.

Savannah CampbellBusiness Development Manager
Savannah is a graduate from NC State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. At NC State, Savannah was a Parent Ally with the Office of Parents and Families services, she participated in multiple volunteer organizations, was an avid member of the AMA, and held 4 different marketing internships with a Tech Startup, Law Firm, IT Outsourcing company, and the NC State Trademark Licensing Office.
Her previous experience has helped her to be able to provide impeccable customer service as well as create and maintain personal relationships with her clients. In her spare time, Savannah enjoys exploring different restaurants, Pinteresting, and admiring pieces at the art museum.
Kelly MooneyAccount Manager
Kelly is a native of Boston, Massachusetts and an alumna of the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. At UNH, Kelly was a member of the women’s soccer team where she was voted captain her senior year. Her experience in project management is reflected in her attention to detail and her attitude towards building meaningful client relationships to ensure their vision is executed professionally and with ease.
Kelly loves to travel and learn about different types of cultures all over the world. In her free time, she enjoys playing sports, trying local restaurants, and reading mysteries.
